East Course

Our East Course opened for play in July of 1999 and was designed by Ernie Schrock.  Featuring five sets of tees that range in yardage from 7,272 to 5,107, everyone can choose a yardage that best suits their ability.

Although constructed in an area with very few trees, the front nine was designed with water coming into play on eight of the nine holes.  From the first hole that requires players to cross the same meandering creek twice, to the ninth hole that features another creek and two large ponds, players will find the importance of hitting fairways off the tee.

There is no letting up on the back nine, as again water comes into play on seven of the nine holes.  Starting on the longest and most difficult hole on the golf course, players will notice the large, mature trees lining the left side of number ten.  The combination of trees and water will continue through the final hole as again another difficult par five will stand between you and the 19th hole.

West Course

Formerly known as Greenhurst Country Club, our West course is an old-style course that features narrow, tree-lined fairways with small greens.  Originally opened in 1922, the West Course is the shorter of the two courses measuring 6,305 yards from the back tees and 5,187 yards from the forward tees.  The shorter yardage and the close proximity of the holes makes the West Course a great walking course.

Considered short in yardage by today’s standards, what the West Course lacks in length it definitely makes up for in accuracy and skill around the greens.  If fortunate enough to find the narrow fairways with their tee shots, players then will be challenged to hit the small, well-guarded greens that await.

The West Course features a snack bar complete with burgers, dogs, fries and all of the snacks.  In addition, the fully stocked bar is loaded with coolers of beer for the course or a cocktail after the round while tallying the scores.
